1. K C Tang Consultants Ltd. was established in February, 1995 by Mr. K.C. Tang.

   本公司乃鄧琪祥先生於1995年2月成立的顧問公司。

2. Our quality management system has been certified to ISO 9001:2015 since 2003.

   本公司的品質管理體系自2003年已取得ISO 9001:2015認證。

3. We have been included in Band 2 of the Quantity Surveying Category of the ArchSD’s List of Consultants of the Architectural and Associated Consultants Selection Board (AACSB) in 2003.

   本公司於2003年加入建築署的建築及有關顧問公司遴選委員會顧問公司名單的工料測量類別-第二組顧問公司。

4. We have four qualified quantity surveyors supported by a staff of assistant quantity surveyors.

   本公司現有4名已獲取專業資格的工料測量師，並有助理工料測量師輔助。

5. We have provided:

   本公司曾：

   • quantity surveying services for over 860 projects;

     提供工料測量服務超過860個工程；

   • design and facilitation of 21 No. partnering / value management workshops; and

     設計及促導21個伙伴合作/價值管理工作坊；及

   • more than 80 No. cost expert reports to the Lands Tribunal for the purposes of the Land (Compulsory Sale for Redevelopment) Ordinance, CAP 545.

     向土地審裁處根據《土地（為重新發展而強制售賣）條例 (第545章)》提交80份造價估算專家報告。

6. A lot of our projects undertaken by us are commissioned by repeat clients. This would at least demonstrate that our services have been satisfactory to be able to retain clients.

   我們很多的工程項目都是由曾經委任我們的客戶再委任，這點證明我們的服務，一直表現良好，能夠留住客戶。
