"HKSMM4" means Hong Kong Standard Method of Measurement of Building Works - Fourth Edition, 2005.
"HKSMM4R" means Hong Kong Standard Method of Measurement of Building Works - Fourth Edition Revised 2018.
"SMM" means HKSMM4 or HKSMM4R as the case may be.
